Career History: Diane started her computer training career at United Airlines followed by ExecuTrain, a software training company. At Thomson Reuters, she began as a Client Service Manager in Tax & Accounting, where she provided training and support for our customers using Checkpoint®, Checkpoint Tools®, and PPC’s SMART Practice Aids®. Currently, as a Lead Customer Engagement and Training Specialist, she is involved in the development and delivery of live and recorded webinars as well as our newest offering - YouTube videos.
Personal Life: Diane loves being outdoors - biking, hiking, and walking are a few of her favorite activities. She also likes to compete in at least one triathlon (swim, bike, run) each summer, partially because it helps keep her motivated to stay active during the winter months. But, of course, winter in Minnesota is also a good time to sit by a sunny window and curl up with a good book. Fun fact: She rode her bicycle across the U.S., from Seattle to Washington, D.C.
