Question #1: Using Intuitive Search, when I put something in quotes (for example: "qualified plan"), why am I getting results that have different phrases like "qualified retirement plan"?
Answer: Intuitive Search picks up relevant variations of the phrase "qualified plan" by including "qualified retirement plan" and "qualified employer plan". This is a great advantage with Intuitive Search because you may not have thought of those additional terms or phrases. Note: If you do want an exact match of what you typed, without any variations, select the Terms & Connectors radio button.
Question #2: Why am I getting documents that do not contain all of my keywords in them?
Answer: With Intuitive Search, although the most relevant documents are likely to have all your words, you may get results that only have MOST of the words. Note: If you only want results that contain ALL of your keywords, you can use the "&" connector (Example: fund & deficiency) between your words, or select the Terms & Connectors radio button.
