Purging Clients

The Purge Clients option allows you to permanently remove all previously deleted profile and form information for the selected clients(s).

After deleting any clients from your client list, you have the option to undo the deletion using the Restore Clients option listed under Options and Security.

However, the purge clients option allows you to permanently remove the client's data from the database.

To Purge Clients:

  1. Click Purge Clients option listed under Administration.
    The Purge Clients Screen will open in a new tab.
  2. Select a Client and click Purge Client option from the top toolbar. The Permanently Delete Information dialogue box is displayed, asking for a confirmation.
  3. Click Yes to confirm and finish the action.

To Export and Print the Purged Client List:

  1. Click the Exported to Spreadsheet option. The Client List is exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
  2. You can print the spreadsheet by clicking Print under the Excel Office menu.
