Uploading Clients

The Upload Clients option allows you to import Client Information.

You can upload client profile data using one of the following options:

• e-Form DVD database
• Excel Spreadsheet
• Input database (Intelliforms)

 

You can import client data from other sources into a blank access database, or enter data into a pre-defined Excel format, and upload it to e-Form RS.

You can also upload data entered and save to client forms in e-Form DVD to e-Form RS.

To obtain a blank access database for importing clients, contact e-Form Support at 1-800-431-9025.
