Using Client Form List

You can use the Client Forms List to view lists of previously saved client forms, print multiple forms without displaying them and copy forms from one client to another.

You can also add and delete client forms and export a form from the client form list to a PDF file.

Use Client Form List option to view a complete list of forms associated to a selected client.

On the My Clients screen, select a client.
Click the Client Form List option from the top toolbar.
The Client Forms screen will open in a new tab, with a list of all the forms corresponding to the client.
Use the golden bar on top of the list to apply key words and narrow down your search.
You can also apply an advanced filter to your search by selecting a Tax year.
Besides Delete, Print, Refresh the list, Select all/Unselect all, Restore list defaults you can access the following options from the top toolbar:

Save As	The Save As option from the top toolbar lets you add forms to a selected client. To add forms to a client from the Client Forms screen, Select Form> Save As> Select Client in the Copy Forms to Selected Client window> Save to the Client.
Display Client's Forms	Use this option to view a selected Client's Forms. On the Client Forms screen, click Display Client's Forms from the top toolbar.
Add Forms to Client	Use the Add Forms to Client option to assign Forms to a client.
Export options	Using the Export to PDF option, you can export the forms in a PDF format to your personal system for use, off-application. Select one PDF file per Form or Multiple Forms in a single PDF file. The maximum number of forms selected in a single file is 30 and the forms are exported in the order they are listed.
Undelete Client Forms	Use the Undelete Client Form option to undo any prior form deletions.
Preprinted Forms	Use the Preprinted Forms option to print Preprinted form pages and documents.
Roll Forms to Next year	Use the Roll Forms to Next Year option to roll forward Client Forms and Data to Target Year Client Form List.
