Display Client's Forms

  1. Click My Clients listed under Clients in the Menu.
  2. On the My Clients screen, select a client.
  3. Click Display Client's Forms option on the top toolbar and the screen will open in a new tab, where you can view a tree list of all the forms applicable to the client on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click the Plus sign (+) next to a folder to expand it and view the forms list. Double-click any form in the forms tree on the left to display the form.

The Display Client's Forms Screen has multiple options to offer:

Form

The Form drop down menu on the Display Form screen lets you Save, Close, Print and Export the form in display. (You can also print and export all forms at once.)

Print/Export to PDF

Use the Print and Export to PDF options on the Display Form screen to print or export the form in display.

Print ALL/Export ALL to PDF

Use the Print All Open Forms and Export All Open Forms to PDF option on the Display Form screen to print all forms or export all forms currently highlighted in yellow in display to a PDF(s).

When the Export All Open Forms to a single PDF option is selected it exports the forms in the order they are opened.

Year

Use the Year drop-down above the forms pane to switch to a different year.

Add Forms to Client

Use the Add Forms to Client option to assign Forms to a client.

Add Custom Forms

The Add Custom Forms option lets you select a custom template to add to a specific client, much like adding a blank form to a client that can be edited later.

Client Form List Use the Client Form List option to view a list of previously saved client forms, print multiple forms without displaying them and copy forms from one client to another.
Page Level Options Use the Page Level Options menu to set Currency Fields, Date and Time Stamp, Compute Options and to set the Font sizes applicable to fields in the form.
Zoom+/Zoom-/Reset Zoom Use the Zoom+ and Zoom- options as required to get a desired view of the form in display. Use the Reset Zoom option to go back to the default view.
Typewriter Use the Typewriter emulation to add fields by clicking the required area on the form.
Form Instructions Use the Form Instructions option available on the Display Forms page to view instructions associated with the form in display.
Form Formatting There are several options available for a form in display. Right click an entry field to Align, Set Font Size, Copy, Paste or Reset. Right click anywhere on the form to access various options like Typewriter, Print Form, Export to PDF, Add/Edit Memo, Instructions, Calculators and Clear All Data Fields.

Note: Certain forms are available only in web-based formats and e-Form RS will provide you with the URL to the form. Use the URL to launch the form via an external browser.
