Using Client Notes Feature

The Display Notes option on the My Clients screen lets you view notes that you have previously added to Client profiles.

To view previously added Notes:

  1. On the My Clients screen, select a client and click Display Notes option. The Notes corresponding to the selected client will be displayed in a drop down row within the client list.
  2. To undo the drop down view, click Display Notes again.

To view delete any Notes:

  1. Click My Clients option listed under Clients. The My Clients screen will open in a new tab.
  2. On the My Clients screen, select a client from the client list.
  3. Click Edit Client from the top toolbar.
  4. In the Personal Information window, scroll down to the Notes field. Remove the text you want to delete from the notes section.
  5. Click Save Changes from the top toolbar.

Note: You can add Notes to a client when creating a new client profile. To do so, click My Clients > Add New Client > New User's Personal Information window > Add Note(s) in the Notes Section.

Note: To add note(s) to an existing client, click My Clients > Edit Client >Personal Information Window > Add Note(s) in the Notes Section.
