Using Client Notes Feature
The Display Notes option on the My Clients screen lets you view notes that you have previously added to Client profiles.
To view previously added Notes:
- On the My Clients screen, select a client and click Display Notes option. The Notes corresponding to the selected client will be displayed in a drop down row within the client list.
- To undo the drop down view, click Display Notes again.
To view delete any Notes:
- Click My Clients option listed under Clients. The My Clients screen will open in a new tab.
- On the My Clients screen, select a client from the client list.
- Click Edit Client from the top toolbar.
- In the Personal Information window, scroll down to the Notes field. Remove the text you want to delete from the notes section.
- Click Save Changes from the top toolbar.
Note: You can add Notes to a client when creating a new client profile. To do so, click My Clients > Add New Client > New User's Personal Information window > Add Note(s) in the Notes Section.
Note: To add note(s) to an existing client, click My Clients > Edit Client >Personal Information Window > Add Note(s) in the Notes Section.
