Undeleting Client Forms

Note: Users must be granted the Restore Deleted Clients & Forms right by the administrator to perform this task.

To restore deleted Client Forms:

  1. Click My Clients under Clients menu.
    The My Clients screen will open in a new tab displaying a list of all clients added to your account.
  2. Select a client from the displayed list.
  3. Click Client Form List from the top-toolbar on the screen.
  4. On the Client Forms screen, click Undelete Client Forms from the top-toolbar.
    The Undelete Client Forms screen will open in a new tab.
  5. Check the boxes under Select column next to the required forms.

    Note: Click Select All to select all forms in the list. You can also narrow down your search for required forms using the Search/Filter and Sort options on the screen.

  6. Click Undelete the Client Forms.
  7. A dialogue box is displayed to confirm that the form has been restored. Click OK.
