Using Memo Fields Feature

Memo fields can be added to any page of a form. A page with a saved, page specific memo field is identified by a red circle in the top left corner of a page when viewing a form, as well as in the Display Forms tree-list.

To add a memo field to a page:

  1. Open a form.
  2. Right-click in white space on the form and then click Add/Edit Memo from the context menu. A memo field box is displayed.
  3. Add required text in the memo field.
  4. Click the Save button to save the text and close the dialogue box. A red circle now appears in the top left corner of the open page.

To edit a memo field:

  1. Open a form with a memo field.
  2. Left-click the red circle to Edit, or right-click in white space on the form and click Add/Edit Memo in the context menu.

To remove a memo field from a page:

  1. Open a form with a memo field.
  2. Open the memo field box.
  3. Click the Delete Memo button. The red circle will no longer be present on the page.
