Using Memo Fields Feature
Memo fields can be added to any page of a form. A page with a saved, page specific memo field is identified by a red circle in the top left corner of a page when viewing a form, as well as in the Display Forms tree-list.
To add a memo field to a page:
- Open a form.
- Right-click in white space on the form and then click Add/Edit Memo from the context menu. A memo field box is displayed.
- Add required text in the memo field.
- Click the Save button to save the text and close the dialogue box. A red circle now appears in the top left corner of the open page.
To edit a memo field:
- Open a form with a memo field.
- Left-click the red circle to Edit, or right-click in white space on the form and click Add/Edit Memo in the context menu.
To remove a memo field from a page:
- Open a form with a memo field.
- Open the memo field box.
- Click the Delete Memo button. The red circle will no longer be present on the page.
