Requesting Additional Forms and Enhancements

Product Enhancement Requests can be used to request additional forms, changes to formulas or product enhancements.

To request for additional forms via e-mail:

  1. Go to Home screen and click Contact us.
  2. In the Contact Us dialog box, enter information and click Submit (Company and Phone Number are optional fields).
  3. Alternatively, when a form is displayed, you may right-click on any white background area and choose Contact Us from the context menu.

Note: Sending the Enhancement Request via email is the quickest way to request changes or additions to forms.

To request for product enhancement via fax:

  1. Go to Forms and click My Forms.
  2. In the Selection Criteria section, choose the current Year and the Federal option.

    Note: It is mandatory to select the Federal option here.

  3. Enter the word Enhancement in the gold search box under the Form Description header.
  4. Select the Worksheet Product Enhancement Request Form. Click Display Forms from top toolbar.

    Note: You will be prompted to select a client here. Select No.

  5. In the Form Tree-list on the left side of the Display Form window, double-click the form name to open it.
  6. You can complete the form online and print it, or print a blank copy of the form and complete it by hand.

Complete the Product Enhancement Request and fax it to Thomson Reuters at the number mentioned on the form.
You can also send a copy of any form that you want added.
