Viewing Form Instructions

Form Instructions can be accessed from My Forms screen, Publications & Research menu and Display Form screen.

To view Form Instructions from Publications and Research menu:

1. Click Form Instructions listed under Publications and Research. The Form Instructions screen opens in a new tab
2. In the Selection Criteria section, choose an year, type and jurisdiction to narrow down your search results according to your requirements.
3. The list is automatically refreshed according to your selections.
4. If it does not, then click Refresh the List in the top toolbar, to refresh the search results after applying search filters.
5. Double-click the required form from the list to view corresponding instructions.

Note: Form Instructions are available in PDF format and will require Adobe Reader for viewing. You can then Print Form Instructions using the options available in Adobe.
