Printing Form Instructions

The Form Instructions option can be accessed from the My Forms screen, the Publications and Research screen and Display Form screen.
You can also view or print form instructions from any form list or open form.

To view and print Form Instructions from My Forms screen and any form list:

1. Click My Forms under Forms menu.
2. On the My Forms screen, the View Instructions column in the form list will display Y if the corresponding form has available Form Instructions.
3. Click Y to open the Form instructions in PDF.
4. Click Print under File Menu in Adobe Reader. Print Dialogue box is displayed.
5. Select print options and click Print.

To view and Print Form Instructions through Publications and Research:

1. Click Form Instructions listed under Publications and Research. The Form Instructions screen will open in a new tab.
2. In the Selection Criteria section, set filters - Year, State and Description to narrow down the search results for required information.
3. From the list on the screen, double-click a form name to view the instructions.
4. The form instructions will open in PDF.
5. Click Print under File Menu in Adobe Reader. Print Dialogue box is displayed.
6. Select print options and click Print.
   
   

   Note: To view instructions while the form is displayed, click Form Instructions from the top toolbar. Alternatively, right-click on any part of the form where there are no fields to access the option in a context menu.
