Exporting and Printing the Form List

e-Form RS lets you print the Form List. To do so, you must first export the list to an Excel file.

After the file is created, you can print or customize the list, using standard Excel features to add, delete, edit, or sort data.

To export and print the Form List:

  1. Click My Forms under Forms menu. The My Forms screen will open in a new tab.
  2. Apply Filters to narrow down the search for required forms. The list is automatically refreshed.
  3. Click Export to Spreadsheet. The form list is exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
  4. You can print the spreadsheet by clicking Print under Excel Office menu.
    (Or) You can save the file to your computer, edit the Form List and save changes before printing it.
