Exporting and Printing the Client List

e-Form RS lets you print the Client List. To do so, you must first export the list to an Excel file.

Note: Users must be granted the Export Client List to Spreadsheet right by the administrator before performing this task.

After the file is created, you can print or customize the list, using standard Excel features to add, delete, edit, or sort data.

To export and print the Client List:

  1. Click My Clients under Clients menu. The My Clients screen will open in a new tab.
  2. On the My Clients screen, click the Export to Spreadsheet option.
    The Client List is exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
  3. You can print the spreadsheet by clicking Print under Excel Office menu.
    (Or) You can save the file to your computer, edit the Client List and save changes before printing it.

Note: You can edit and change the sort order of the client list before you export it by applying filters to narrow the list down to required information. In addition, you can add or remove columns on the list using the Column Chooser option.
