My Preparers Overview

On My Preparers screen, you can create, modify and delete preparer profiles in your account. Add preparer profiles with information, such as address, id number, and phone number. You can then assign preparers to the clients added in your account. The assigned preparer's information is automatically carried into the appropriate field on the forms that are saved in the respective client record.

Note: To perform these tasks, your user profile must have the rights to Add/Edit/Delete Preparers Info. Contact your system administrator if these options are not visible in the application. Administrators can by default manage and assign preparers in their accounts. They can also designate a Default Preparer to be assigned to all new clients added to the account.

To access My Preparers screen:

  1. Click My Preparers under the Administration menu in the left navigation panel.
  2. This will display My Preparers screen with a list of all existing preparer profiles added to the account.

  4. To Assign/Change/Remove A Preparer associated with a client, select the preparer from the list on the Client Profile screen.
